How long should I burn my candle once received?When lighting a candle for the first time, you should allow the candle to burn for a minimum of 4 hours so that the wax pull can be even and distribute the fragrance evenly.

Why did my candle come with a wood stick?The Wood Stick is a safer alternative to the cotton wick. The Wooden Wick offers your candle to sound just like a fireplace when lit and crackles like one as well. This wooden wick also gives off a much safer burn.

How are the candles made?At Harper & Co, all candles are made and poured by hand. Each candle uses luxe products of Coconut and Soy wax blend. Our candles include fragrance oils and our luxurious wax blends.

What type of wax is used?Coconut Soy Wax Coconut soy wax is known as one of the best and safest types of wax to use when making candles. Coconut wax also burns slower than other candle waxes, which gives you more moments to enjoy.

When will I received my candle?As we are a handmade business, it takes a week to make and cure the candles and then we ship Priority Mail 1-3 days **Just a reminder that we cannot control USPS and temperatures, some candles may slightly melt. We do everything in our power to ensure it doesn’t happen. It your candle does slightly melt, please allow a full day to set again before lighting to enjoy. 😊

What do I do if my candle comes broken/ damaged?If your candle does come damaged or broken,, please take a picture of both the damaged product and packaging. Send to support@harperandcocandles.com and we will send you out a replacement candle.

Why can I not smell my purchased candle?Some fragrance oils are more owerful than others, however, we suggest you trim your wick and then allow the candle to burn for at least a minimum of 3 hours so that the wick can start exuding the fragrances. Remember to always trim your wick after each use.
